Authorised distributors only — no marketplaces, no grey-market gambles. The supplier conformity documentation is retained alongside your build record.
Live tracking
Every component carries a live carrier-tracking number from origin to the workshop. No black box, no ‘in shipping’ weeks at a time.
Documented build
Assembly, wheel true, drivetrain index, brake bed-in, torque verification — to the same spec checklist every time. The QC record goes in your build file.

Approve before we build
You spec it. We send a final build doc to approve — every part, every dimension, the all-in price. Nothing is ordered or charged until you say go.
Card payments via Stripe
Your normal card-payment protections apply, including chargeback rights with your card-issuing bank if a build isn’t delivered as agreed.
Pay as it’s built
Three milestones across the build — deposit, mid-build, balance. You never have the full ticket out at once.
